How It Works
  1. New customers can submit a loan application to lyonfinancial.net/apply
  2. Lyon Financial will review the application and alert the customer when a conditional approval is obtained.
  3. When the customer is approved, the contract received, and final numbers confirmed, we will issue the loan documents. When the loan documents have been signed by the customer, a “Clear to Start Construction” email will be sent to the customer and contractor notifying you that construction may begin.
  4. For Final Payment, we will require a Signed Verification Form, Signed Completion Certificate (if applicable) and photo of the completed project.
